Hello,
I have 2 types of users, one are the support staff and other one is the customer users. They both will be using JIRA for issue creation, update and etc. I want know whether do i need to get the license for both types of users or only for the support staff.
I am also using another helpdesk application from Kayako, where i need to purchase user license for only the staff not for the customers. Please respond as soon as you can as i am only holding the purchasing just because of this.
