i am unable to install old jira due to license

Can you give us a bit more insight to your problem? :)

• What happens when you enter the license? Any error messages?
• Which JIRA version do you want to install/use?
• Is your license expired?
• Does the license match the user tier?

hi Niklas,

actually, we are planning to upgrade jira 6.3.9 to latest Jira Version...

before proceeding this I am installing old jira 6.3.9 in a Dummy machine and then upgrade to latest Jira Version 7.8 to do best practice before doing the live one...

so when installing jira on a Dummy machine, I don't have the license, when I tried to connect online an generate license it throwing some error.
