Hi

We upgraded our old license of Jira Service Desk, Jira Software and Confluence to a new Jira Core (Jira Server + Bitbucket 8.2.2) - we didnt buy Service Desk.

Our Service Desk license has now expired (we dont use it), and we didnt get a new one for the upgrade.

In Jira we put new key, and its validated - see attachments.

But we cant create new issues - and get license expired message when doing so.

Any pointers ?

Hi Thomas

No, it has not.

I managed to solve it in the meantime, by deleting the activation key and re-entering it.

A bit weird, since it was already accepted once, and i had also restarted the server.

Sometimes the simplest solutions a the best i guess ;-)

Dear @Kurt Andersen ,

has the project where you cannot create issues anymore once been a JSD project?

So long

Thomas
