License charge

Hi there,

2 thing need to clarify on license charge if;

1- Revoke the user from entire web site, does this user still counted in the billing.

2- If i send the invitation, and the user not accept it. Does this user will be count in the next billing?

Just check if that user is active in JIRA - or if it is member of any group AND has logged in,

If not , it does not count under your license count.

Users are billed if they are active. As soon as they are invited they are active and when you deactivate them billing ceases.
