There was a production incident impacting automation rules, and Atlassian support tracking indicates it is resolved and caught-up processing history logs to process rules:

Thank you for that image, @Téné 

It appears two of your custom fields were not selected in the Create Work Item action and those fields are configured to be required.  Please try entering values for the fields in that rule action and re-test.

Pourriez-vous fournir une capture d'écran de l'action « Create Work Item », montrant que des données sont renseignées dans le champ « Filming End Time » ?

Par ailleurs, pourriez-vous fournir une capture d'écran de l'écran « Créer un élément de travail » que vous utiliseriez pour créer manuellement ce même type d'élément, et montrer que le champ « Heure de fin du tournage » y figure ?

Can you provide a screen image showing the Create Work Item action showing that data is being provided for the Filming End Time field?

Also can you provide a screen image of the Create Work Item screen that you would use to manually create the same type of work item, and show that the Filming End Time field is included in that screen?

The automated ticket is not being generated, even though the filming hours are clearly specified!
