Last date a Board was viewed?

Hello,

Without any add-ons, is there a way to view the last date a board was viewed?

In the cloud version there's no solution for this. 

In server you have the possibility to request in the database. In cloud you relied on using plugin and even with plugin it I'll be very difficult to get the information!

Can you describe the problem you are trying to solve? Perhaps we can suggest an alternate solution.

Jira SW = Cloud version (Std).

Problem - We have lots of old projects that we want to remove but users say they are using the boards. I can look at issue updated dates but that won't tell me everything i want  to know. In addition to identifying the most recent updated date of the issues in the project, I want to identify the last date the associated board(s) was/were viewed.
