currently the queue shows Updated column, but it does not have the time. is it possible to have updated show date and time? I saw someone mention JQL in another issue, but when I click Edit queue and click Columns I do not see a JQL option.

Hi @steven penny -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The time is present for the Updated date/time field...and you must hover over the date value to see it.  I do not believe there is a way to show it in the issue, search results at all times.

Kind regards,
Bill

Hi @steven penny,

welcome to the community!

This has been brought up a few times and to the best of my knowledge, hovering over the value is indeed the only option you have in this particular view.

One thing to consider is that you can always look for additional capabilities in the Atlassian Marketplace; there are great apps for virtually any use case. E.g., this would work as expected in the app that my team and I are working on, JXL for Jira:

updated-date-time.gif

For context, JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a number of advanced features, including support for (configurable) issue hierarchies, issue grouping by any issue field(s), sum-ups, or conditional formatting. As it supports all JSM fields, too, many of our customers use it as a "supercharged" extension or alternative to the built-in queues.

Any questions just let me know,

Best,

Hannes
