When a ticket is in one of my projects, it will be assigned labels. When we need to move a ticket to another project we go through all steps and click "Retain" for labels when prompted. Once we open the same ticket in the new project all of its previously assigned labels are missing and need to be re-assigned.

What is the type (Software, Service, Work Management) and architecture (Team Managed, Company Managed) for the source project and the destination project?
Are you changing the issue type during the move?
Can you show us the Move screen where you are clicking "Retain" for labels? I ask because I don't see the that field on screen for marking "Retain".
Is this for the built-in Labels field or for a custom field that is a Labels type of field?
