I recently became a father and didn't get a chance to work on my Confluence docs in the last 4 months. My account was a free tier. Atlassian has deactivated my account due to inactivity, and it has been more than a month since deactivation. I fear that all my data is gone. Who does this kind of act to their customer? Please help me get my data back 😔

Hi @Nishant Singh,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When you sign up for the free tier you accept Atlassian's terms, and part of that is that your instance has to be active in order to prevent it from being deactivated and data deletion. The deletion happens within 60 days from when the instance is deactivated, and you get warning emails before that happens. Have a look at this article that a fellow Champion wrote about it. Unfortunately it sounds like you are well past that timeframe and once the data is gone Atlassian cannot restore it.

Hello @Nishant Singh ,

This is the Atlassian Community Forums, not Atlassian Support. I would recommend reaching out to them with the below link. Hope they can help!
