LDAP or FreeIPA Connection

Hello guys,

I don't know if my question should be here,

So I'm trying to connect my jira server to get users from OpenLDAP or FreeIPA but I'm unable to do so....
 - On FreeIpa even after I get all green on teste it doesn't sync.
 - On OpenLDAP I can't get past I have tried to consult "atlassian-jira.log" but I don't get any error message when I try to connect
Also I wasn't the one that installed either OpenLDAP or FreeIPA servers but I have access to both servers, but I don't know how to retrieve the schema that is being used :p

Can anyone help me please?

Acctualy now I got an Error when trying to sync with FreeIPA
