LDALP Users getting inactive automatically

Hi,

 

LDALP Users in JIRA 8.02  are getting inactive automatically, i had to do an update on database to the Table cwd_user to make them Active and they get inactive again after a few Days.I think that it might be a bug from the new Versión of JIRA that you have to  verify  please

 

Let me now any futher suggestion please.

Hello there,

Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, I'll make some questions:

- What version are you upgrading from?
- How is the directory configured (https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/connecting-to-an-internal-directory-with-ldap-authentication-938847055.html)? Do you have “Update User attributes on Login” set? Do you have it set to Read Only, Read Only with Local Groups, or Read/Write?
- Did you notice that this happens only with a full synchronization vs an incremental synchronization?

Once we hear from you, we can go further to investigate what may be causing the issue.

-Jira 8.01 Version

-Read Only  

-Its happening when it execute Incremental synchronization.

Thank you for the details. We will need to further investigate this issue to see the logs to check when and why the users are being deactivated. Since we will need the logs, I created a ticket with our support. You should have received a confirmation email and soon someone will contact you.
