こちらのチケットが見れなく、アクセス申請を出しても見れない状況です。
おそらくアーカイブにあるのではと思っているのですがゴミ箱たどり着けず困ってます。
こちら復活したいです。ご確認の程よろしくお願いいたします。

This very much looks like a request you should address with your internal team's administrator. You have landed on the Atlassian Community, a public forum with mostly users like yourself who can't access your environment.

Try to find out a project / space administrator for the LAMP space inside your organisation first and see if they can assist you.
