Known issues with beta feature to create work items from an image?

We finally have the beta feature to create work items from image. However, in testing with multiple images, the limit is 5 issues to be created. I'm using images of a lucid chart that uses boxes for each work item. Jira picks 5 random boxes to create as work items, randomly decides the issue type, and then stops. Is the max it can create from image 5, or can it be configured? And how does it determine which 5?

If you are are using a "beta" / early adopter program (EAP) feature from Atlassian, I recommend working with your peer Product Admins to directly contact whomever from Atlassian provided the feature and asking them for assistance.
