Katalon Testops Integration - 500 Internal Server Error

Hi,

When I am trying to enable Katalon Testops by entering 
Atlassian URL
Username 
and API Token.

I am getting Unsuccessful connection.

When checked network console, I was getting 500 Internal Server Error.

Did anyone faced this issue?

500 error translates to a backend error. In the network console, check which API actually fails, you'll need to raise a ticket with the provider based on which API fails i.e. if a Katalon call fails then with them else with Atlassian.
