Hi!
We use Kanban boards for some of our projects. The setting of "Hide completed issues older than" is quite handy, but it is unclear (and I found no documentation for it) what is considered "completed". I expected that only issues with the status "DONE" are affected, but it also hides issues with other statuses (like "TESTING / INTEGRATION"), which is something we don't want.
So are we doing something wrong? Is there a setting to change the issue types or the condition for the "Hide completed..." setting?
Right now we are using a modified board filter for this ("(fixVersion in unreleasedVersions() OR fixVersion is EMPTY) AND (resolved is EMPTY OR resolved > startOfWeek(-4))") and set the "Hide ..." setting to "show all", but now the "Looking for an older issue" links in the columns are gone, of course...
Hi Jakob,
A couple of things to look at. What category are the other statuses where it disappears? Are they Done type? Or In Progress?
If they are not Done category type, then do those issues have a value in the Fix Version field? If so, that's probably why they are disappearing.
