Kanban board issue

I had it right permission but cannot access the kanban board via chrome browser.

but when I tried it via chrome secret browser can access the kanban board.

Hi @creativelab  - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I have seen this happen many times with Extensions that have been added. I would start removing any extensions you have for Chrome one by one, and test it after you remove each one.
