A board that has been active for some time has lost its kanban board view for some users, when they have had access to it previously. I can still see the board and have the links to it in the Boards dropdown and the left hand navigation. However for other users the board view has vanished, along with all links to access it, but they can still access the issues. We all have the same permissions so I can't see any obvious reason why they can't see the board but I can. Does anyone know why their view of the board might have disappeared? Thanks!
It sounds like someone has changed the board sharing settings, and managed to exclude some users.
Have a look in the board configuration for sharing.
Thanks for the quick response, this was really helpful! I've been able to fix it now.

worked for me too!
I basically had restricted the board access to a group, and those users where not in that group.
I then went to the Users/Groups management and added them one by one
