Best way to set up a "sprint" in Kanban style?

Why do you want to use Kanban if you want to have sprints?

Just use a scrum board with sprints and use it as if it would be Kanban Board.

By definition, Kanban boards do not have sprints.

If you want sprints, use a board that has them. It won't be Kanban, but you can easily configure a board to have most of the features of Kanban.
