I would like to set up classes by which each vendor coming into my board would have access to only their associated issues, another vendor would have access to only their associated issues, and government personnel would have access to all issues. I imagine that some issue might be designated as general such that all who have access would have the issue available.
This classification would be locked in - no vendor could unfilter this attribute.
