Searching for similar errors, I was able to identify the following possible causes:

1 - The jira-help-tips plugin was disabled in your JIRA instance

To fix it, navigate to manage Apps and re-enable the JIRA-help-tips plugin, as mentioned in the article below:

Cannot access Agile board: undefined is not a function

2 - The JIRA software version is not compatible with your JIRA Core version

Check if your JIRA Software version is not falling behind your JIRA Core version:

JIRA throws "Exception: Uncaught Error" when accessing boards

3 - Javascript is disabled in your browser

Enable Javascript in your browser, restart it and check if the problem is fixed.

If none of the problems above are causing the error, please provide us the following information for further troubleshooting:

- Is this problem happening to other users?

- Is this problem happening on all Kanban boards or just in a single kanban board? Is this happening across multiple projects?

- Can you check if this problem happens on Google Chrome? Additionally, try to access the board in incognito mode.

- Did your JIRA instance was updated right before the problem begins?
