Kanban Board and Backlog and not displaying the issues. There are around 300 issues in this software project. It was fine until yesterday and all of a sudden none of this is no longer appearing on the Board and Backlog.

Though all the data exists and I am able to retrieve all of the 300 issues using search function.

Also no recent configuration changes were made to this project.

Any thoughts ? I was going to open a support ticket in the Atlassian service desk.

Hello,

Could you check that the filter, which is defined in the General page, returns any issues? There is also an additional JQL query in the bottom of the General page, kindly check if you add it to the filter JQL query, it will return any issue.

The filter defined for the project worked fine. But the Kanban board sub-filter at the bottom was defined as - "fixVersion in unreleasedVersions() OR fixVersion is EMPTY"

This one did not return any issues, so I fixed that.

Though not sure how this Kanban board sub-filter got updated.

Anyway I was able to fix this with your input :) Thank yo, appreciate your help.

Happy Friday !!
