Hello,
One user cannot access a specific Jira project through the web interface.
Site URL: https://auroraworld-dt.atlassian.net
Plan: Jira Free
Error:
Hash: 15TMG3P
Trace: cb20c2ff03f84764bee7709feaf709de
Test results:
- Chrome: failed
- Edge: failed
- Chrome Incognito: failed
- Other Jira projects are accessible
- The same user can access the affected project using the Jira iPad app
- The PC and iPad use the same corporate Wi-Fi
- No VPN is used
Could an Atlassian team member check whether Hash 15TMG3P is related to
a known Jira Cloud web issue or escalate this for backend investigation?
Thank you.
Hi @Jongin Moon
The hash code you're seeing (15TMG3P) is Jira's client-side error reference.
Unfortunately, the community can't look those up — only Atlassian Support can trace them. If the steps above don't help, I'd recommend opening a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com and include that hash and trace ID. Since you're on the Free plan, you'll go through the community-assisted support path, but including that trace will speed things up.
Hello @Jongin Moon
The error Hash 15TMG3P has recently been reported by multiple Jira Cloud users when opening boards or creating work items. The hash marks the general error category, while the unique Trace ID identifies your specific instance for backend logs.
If this is a company-managed software project, check the board URL—a similar hash error was caused by a missing /c segment in /jira/software/c/projects/....
If the URL is correct and the issue persists across different browsers and networks, Community members cannot resolve it from the hash alone. Atlassian Support will need your complete Trace ID, exact timestamp, timezone, and project key to inspect internal logs. I've flagged this to Atlassian for further investigation.
Cheers,
Arkadiusz🤠
