We have one Jira user who isn't receiving email notifications when he's tagged or when he's watching an issue. I checked his personal settings and they are set correctly. What can be another reason for that?

My team member (denis.roisin@toptex.fr) is having the same issue since last wednesday. He receives notifications in the notification center in JIRA plateform. But no email notifications. Please @Daniel Eads @Andy Heinzer can you help us solving this issue ?
