Jira upload attachment error

When user tried to upload an attachment through dragging the file to the UI page, it showed error File "XXX" was not uploaded. An internal error has occurred. Please contact your administrator. Z

You need to check the logs in {{ jira_home }}/log/atlassian-jira.log; generic errors such as this can mean anything.

(Or, do contact your administrators who have access to the logs.)
