Hi Team,

..PFA request which we have got from the user.

User is looking minor changes in REOPEN  option to be change to 48 hours instead of 4 days in JIRA toolI. n current scenario JIRA is using 4 days.

 

Please note that the ticket will be automatically closed by the system after 48 hours, if there is no action from your side. 


could you please help us in resolving this issue

That is something you have configured in your JIRA, it's not something we can help you with.  Your JIRA administrators have set it up, you'll need to talk to them.  (Could be a service, an Automation plugin trick, or a 3rd party add-on providing a script)
