We have a third party app integrating ServiceNow and our Jira cloud together. I have been requested to add additional detail to other fields in Jira. How do I actually find the full name of the field (not the displayed label name) that can be used in the automation script. I have exported all fields out from Jira to csv from the filter screen, but even that does not give the correct database name. For example the "Project Key" label we found has a database name of "projectKey" in that case sensitivity
