Jira to Jira Application links - supported functionality

I linked 2 jira installs with an application link.

I was able to create a issue and then use a issue link to a issue between the jira instances.

Does anyone know what other functionality is supported with a jira-jira application link?

I did some googling but didn't see much about the functions that application links support.
