Jira tickets in backlog goes missing

I have multiple encounters with Jira tickets in Backlog that goes missing.  It is also not in the list not assigned to Backlog.

I would need more hints on the conditions that you see this occur and her to be able to help you to be honest. Typically when things disappear it’s because either someone has moved them or because there is a quick filter that has been applied and should be cleared or the board filter may have changed itself. Finally it could be that someone with the delete issue permissions has deleted the issue which would be unfortunate.

Hi Jack,

Thank you for responding to my question.  Only myself (admin) and a developer are active users.  We didn't apply any filter or delete the issue.  Anyway, I have enable a feature to email the issue so that I can find it in inbox if I cannot find in the Backlog.
