Hi all,
I've been e.mail to raising events in Jira coming from different monitoring tools by e-mail but each one of the emails are raising a different ticket, even the recovering events, etc...
Is there any way to add some code in the e-mail notification that Jira could read and depending on it, for example, modify the summary, priority... or even to take directly any value from the email to the predifined ticket fields?
