I have a custom template for the Jira ticket description. If I do a change it reflects into the history tab with the markdown/styles (see second print screen). It's impossible to read the content of the change. How can I solve this? Regards
No, as the markdown is taken into the change.
The only option is to not use makrdown.
Thanks for you support Mark. Not great news. Team have gained a lot of clarity and transparency on tickets, since we added some templates, but is making impossible to read any changes to the ticket.

Yes, or simplify the custom description, use bold or italic text, but frames are not a way to go.
