All of a sudden, Jira has been sending me emails for every user, and every ticket. Every status change, every reply, every comment, even if it's not my ticket. I tried turning off all email notifications in personal settings, but that did nothing. Anyone know what to do?

if you are an admin check the associated project settings > notifications and see if the settings there explain why this is happening. I assume that some admin has set it up to notifiy a group/role that you are associated with for the various updates.
Spoke with the head guy, and nothing has changed on his end. I wasn't getting the emails until around noon. not sure if I hit a button somewhere accidentally,
