Jira sometimes don't connect to web interface

Hello! Sometimes we are unable to connect to the Jira web interface. The Jira web interface becomes available only after restarting Jira via the systemctl command.

Version Jira: 8.15.0

Version JVM: 1.8

Version Java: 1.8.0_275

BD: H2 JDBC Driver 1.4.185 (2015-01-16)

Hi,

are you using H2 db for production.

it's not suggestable.

Please change to MSSQL / MYSQL / ORACLE .

Please contact support desk regarding data migration from H2 to other.
