Jira software self hosted on Ubuntu stop after while.

Jira stop automatically after a while. When  checking the service status from ubuntu Its showing in service status active(exited).

Please your help on this issue

Hello,

Did you check the application logs on your installation directory and home directory. The one in the installation directory is named catalina.out and the one in the home directory is called atlassian-jira.log. 

It might be related to a memory issue. But it is hard to say until you check out the logs. After you check the logs you can reply here and we can investigate together if you like.

Hi, you can look for OutOfMemoryError exception. Other than that, I suppose you need to find out when it exited and check out the logs at that time. You can try to run Jira and observe the logs for a period of time.
