Jira shows “You’re almost there” error and fails to load

When trying to access Jira it shows this message

I have seen in similar cases, these slowdowns have been traced to another cloud site running unusually heavy operations, which can temporarily affect performance. Issues like this typically resolve on their own within minutes, though in some situations it may take a up to an hour.

Are you still seeing the delay? Have you tried a different browser of clearing your cache?  Are you on a free plan?
