Hi,
When creating a bug in cloud jira you can select "Sprint" - "PROD BUGS - ongoing", but in search while adding filter Sprint there is no option PROD BUGS - ongoing, only PROD BUGS - ongoing future Backend and other types.
Anybody would know how to fix that?
Can you share screenshots that shows where you select "PROD..."? When entering the query have you tried advanced mode and entered the following?
sprint = "PROD
if you do that do you get auto-complete w/ the option you seek?
