Jira scrum sprint recover

We are new to Jira but slowly getting the hang of it But, for some reason we have lost a sprintboard?? is there anyway of finding it and recover?

Hi Peter

The first and obvious question is are you on server or cloud? This is because the UI is completely different

No the URL doesn't help me because I don't have access anyway.

If you click on the magnifying glass (Search) in the left hand column, at the bottom is View all boards. Clicking on that will show you all boards in your system. If you can't find your board there, can anyone else see it? Possibly the permissions were somehow changed because it will only show you boards that you have access to. Next step is to speak to your Jira Admin if you don't see it in the list
