Hi There.

Jira's External Notion Embed is not working.

Originally, when you paste the link of the Jira issue into Notion, you will see a preview.

But now I can't check.

My authority is Site-Admin, so I can freely access the project, but the embed failed.

Notion preview doesn't work for only certain projects, other projects work fine.

Permission Scheme is also set the same as other projects.

What can I check?

Similar problem. When pasting a Jira board link as a database or embed I see "access denied" message, and the debug data shows a "statusCode": 403

Got it to work by allowing popups in the browser's options for notion.so

Hi,

unfortunately I don't have a solution but the same problem.

But what I have found out is that I can see software projects but no business projects. In my case these would be the projects that are interesting for me.

Did you get any further?
