I'm looking to run a report in Jira to measure how long stories remain in each workflow status in hours/minutes.
Does anyone do something similar? You may run this report if you have OLA/SLA's but I am trying to measure our bottle necks in process
I've not found how to see when a item moves through the statuses so my first question is how would I find the start and cease date and time for each status/workflow item.
I may also want to measure if a story is moved back down the workflow, but this is uncommon in my team.
I believe the version of Jira I am running is v1000.1261.0, but this maybe incorrect if I'm looking at the wrong item.
