Jira product discovery - customise insights collection form

Is there a way to enforce certain information being collected when entering new Insight into some Jira Product Discovery idea? Currently, there is a Description field (+ impact..) to capture info about new insight, but what would be important is to "enforce" collaborator to enter: who upvotes for the idea, what's the size of that company, what is their ARR, etc. A couple of fields are required to be entered would be great.
