Jira product discovery custom field linking to external data

Hello @Madhuri Kaniganti ,

This is Thomas, working with the vendor of the app you're interested in for Jira product discovery. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to make it work with the new product on my end. However, it's been noted here, that apps are currently unable to display themselves in the new product environment.
I also couldn't find a way to insert global custom fields yet. Maybe something to look out for in the future.
