Jira pages are not loading completely for me on IE or Chrome (even on incognito mode). On the list view, when I click on a ticket, it only loads some fields but not all. If I got to the full page view fora ticket, it shows all the fields but doesn't load any of the ACTION buttons including the comments field.
We are on Jira Service Desk Application 3.3.0-OD.
I can access these fields on my mobile device.
I have cleared cache on both Chrome and IE with no luck!
The problem went away the next day so I am pretty sure it was a Jira issue.

In order to better troubleshoot the problem and verify if it is a performance issue or something else, please perform the steps below:
- Click on your profile page > Personal Settings > Turn off the New Issue View. Check if the same problem happens in the Old interface
- Did the problem happens intermittently or are you able to reproduce it every time?
- Double check if your team has properly whitelisted the Domains and IP Ranges from Atlassian in your Firewall and Proxy.
