How do we use server version of jira on chrome book. it does show windows and linux..but chrome OS? did I miss anything here?
Chromebooks are running Linux.

You will need to get command-line access to the Linux system you are running, and use the Linux installer to install the service.
I should warn you that Jira is not a light program, and Chromebooks are not usually server-class systems capable of running everything, you may not even be able to install it, and if you can, it may well be too slow to be usable.
