I am using Jira on Demand and am really struggling to find a solution as to why my mail notifications have stopped.
Nothing has been changed and all of the sudden the mails stopped. This includes creating of issues in a servicedesk from sending a mail through to a dedicated mailbox on our GSuite instance. All GSuite configs have been adjusted and was initially working. The issue is created, but no notifications are sent or come through any more.
Any assistance in this regard is welcomed.
