Jira notifications not being received by some users

Hi all,

Some of our users are receiving Jira notifications and some are not.  We've double checked:

  • personal settings: all issue events are indicated. 
  • I've confirmed with users via share screen that they do not have any rules or blocked sender for Jira. 
  • Per our IT, Jira emails have not been reported as phishing email and therefore not on our phishing email list. 
  • Two users same project and same role, one is receiving emails and one is not. 
  • I am also not receiving emails for any issue activities and Notification Helper shows the following however I did not receive Jira email notifying me that this ticket has been assigned to me.  I was receiving these notifications until 10/10/22.

This is a test ticket created this morning.

Any help here for additional trouble shooting would be appreciated.

Are the users receiving any emails at all from Jira for any activity?

Has each user checked their Personal Settings to ensure that they have not disabled email notifications?

Has each user logged in to Jira at least once?
