Jira notification (issue reporter) to Slack

Does somebody find a solution to notify the issue reporter to slack?

Not to slack channel.

Each time issue reporter different, nobody doesn't read email each minute, but each teammate in slack online.

If there some solutions to create integration, which will be flexible and sent message directly to slack (to the person who creates an issue) not to channel.

Yes Jira username, slack username maybe email must be the same.

If I understand you correctly, you're looking to replace some aspects of Jira notification emails with Slack direct messages. As far as I know, there aren't solutions available for this at the moment.

We do have an open feature request for personal notifications in the official Jira Cloud for Slack integration that I think aligns with what you're aiming for. Take a look at the request and add any comments about your use case that you feel need clarification.

• Jira Cloud not self-hosted. 
• Jira Cloud you cant create export backup each day or twice a day to have control of data validation. If Somebody delete something you can't restore it, because you haven't any backup. 
• Jira Cloud only pretty UI for users not for administrators.
• and.. You cant manage users correctly, because of everybody can change email, full-name. And we will have "mr N", and other nicknames.

No jira cloud, please.
