Jira not synching

Able to log in but no proejcts, etc., appear; appears to be trying to sync and then barfs and get error/try again message

When was the last time you used Jira and it was working properly? Any changes made in between?
Are you still having this issue?
Is your instance hosted on Atlassian Cloud or AWS?
