Jira not showing Issue icons in Backlog Perfectly?

Hi Everyone,
There is a user in our organization. she is not able to view Issue's in Backlog correctly.will post the attachment. Please see the circled area in attachment.
i tried to re index project and user tried different browser's too but still she is facing the issue.
For me its working fine.
