Jira website is working when it suddenly loses connection and I am unable to open it again. I have been facing this issue for more than 2 weeks now, it started after I had changed my windows password. Sometimes a restart of the machine helps, but not always. I am stuck with the error below for hours. Other websites work fine except Jira and Confluence.

Although from the looks of the error, it seems more like a local issue. Would recommend reaching out to your local IT Admin team (if you work with an Org) or try reaching out to the Atlassian Support to assist in debugging https://support.atlassian.com/

My 2 cents on ERR_TIMED_OUT this is a browser based issue and mostly not the tools problem, you might have to reconfigure your internet settings or Browser cache to better suit your needs.
PS: try using Firefox, sometimes Chrome gives this error out of the blue, cleaning out the browser history, cache and cookies is the only way out to solve this at times.
