Jira not creating using Email Handler Option in jira software

User Have Jira Access If the users drop a mail to a particular Email handler mail But Jira not creating But one more another User drop a mail on the same Email ID Jira is creating 

Then what do we need to check and fix this

Hi @Rajesh Singh , Does the user have permissions to create issues in the particular project? Can you ask them to try to create an issue using the Create button?

User Have permission If the User Create Jira Using Jira Dashboard Manually Jira create option user is able to create a jira

But Using Email Address If the User Drop a Email to particular Email ID but Jira Not creating

It may be the email from address is getting blocked for some reason. Check with Atlassian support.
