Jira next gen Project - with Single board how do you handle multiple projects?

We use Next-Gen Project - 

say we have 3 Projects X,Y Z with 3 different teams A, B, C.

Is it ok to have a project name & team name on Labels. Adding big chunk of work of each project as Epic? Is this right way of doing?

Or should I create different board for different Projects. Any insights?

Currently, we can only have a single board per project in the Next-gen variant.

We do not have alternative too.

The boards should be managed in their respective projects!

The alternative would be

Write a query to include issues from all the 3 projects you are referring and then you have to place it in the classic project! 

But this again makes it extra work for administering boards.
